With the Christmas season over I've been reflecting a lot on the year, and also what I want to do for next year. That's why I've decided to start my new year's resolution early and get back to exercising. I had a personal trainer for a while, but currently, I don't feel safe going to the gym with other people around, so I'll be doing this on my own. I've been running consistently since early this summer, but I feel like there's more I can do to be in shape. So starting when I get back from my grandma's house, I'm going to do the following workout routine.

100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 100 squats, and a half-mile run. I want to do this at least two or three times a week to keep myself in shape, and to supplement the somewhat minimal physical activity I've been getting lately. I'm hoping that this will make me feel better, and become more active in general.

Learning outcome 3: I've planned out this workout routine for when I get back from my grandmother's house in a few days.

Learning outcome 2: Taking initiative like this and forcing myself to workout has been really hard sometimes, so it's been a challenge to make myself get up and work out.
