CAS Blog 9-2-20 (Activity)

 This week I have been trying to get back into a good workout schedule for the week. Most days after school now, I will go out for runs on a set path around my neighborhood. While this seems pretty simple there are a few issues with it. For one, I can't bring any water with me because I would have to carry it for the entire run. To solve that, I'm thinking of just driving over to a track near my house so I can place my water on the side for whenever I get thirsty. It's a really good track, but there's normally a lot of other people there which makes me a little awkward. It's especially weird when the kids from the MHS track team are there too. 

I would say that this falls under learning outcome two, because this is almost completely new to me. While I have been going on runs, my schedule for them has been inconsistent, and I've also not done much other exercise before them. I plan on doing more than just running with this, which will be a challenge considering how little physical activity besides that I've done the last few months. I think if I'm also able to keep up with this, then I'll also be able to keep on going with that maybe even into college.
