10-7-20 (Activity)

 So for the first time in what feels like ages, I went to the gym to start working out again. I have a personal trainer named Jeff, and he opened up a new gym, so I went to that on Monday. I must say I didn't realize how out of shape I really was until I came back. He worked me out really good, and by the end of it, I was totally exhausted. I seriously hit the ground running with my new workouts, and I'm planning on going twice a week from now on. Ever since then I've been super sore, which I suppose is a good sign that I worked hard. 

With my plan to be going twice a week for the foreseeable future, I'm hoping that this will allow me to achieve learning outcome 4 because of my perseverance. It's most definitely going to be difficult, but I believe that I can manage my way through the hard work and come out better on the other side.
